Products bought via www.muenyc.com can be returned within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
The items should be brand new, unused, and with all original tags intact.
Items that lack tags or have been used, or damaged in any way are deemed as final sale and are ineligible for return.
Any returned items that are found to be damaged or worn will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a refund, items must not bear any makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, or any other signs of usage. Returns in the original packaging are strongly preferred.
All shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Return shipping charges and duties are borne by the customer.
Requests for returns should be made via our Return Form. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded, so please do not return items without first obtaining a return authorization.
We offer a one-time exchange or replacement opportunity for returnable items. Once the previous order is returned, the replacement or exchange order will be shipped.
Items must be received back at MUE NEW YORK within 14 days of delivery. Returns received after this period will not be refunded or credited.
Kindly allow up to 10 business days from the time we receive your return at our facility for us to inspect and process your return. We will notify you via email once your return is processed.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if we detect unusual or excessive return activity.

Notes:
1. After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
2. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. The delivery time frame will be longer than usual for orders that included preorder or/and customized items. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
3. If you found that: 1) your package has not been delivered within the specified time; 2) the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it; or 3) your package includes missing/incorrect items, please contact customer service within 15 days of the payment date so that the aforementioned issues can be addressed. For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, make sure to contact customer service within 30 days of the payment date.
