We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
Order Processing
After payment is received, please allow 1–3 business days for our warehouse to process your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
United States Shipping
Shipping rates vary by destination. Your shipping region and available options are determined automatically by your delivery address at checkout.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations using DHL Express Worldwide, USPS First-Class Package International, USPS Priority Mail International, and USPS Priority Mail Express International. Available services, shipping rates, and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipment details.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Any applicable charges may be displayed at checkout when available or collected by the destination country’s customs authority. Customers are responsible for charges not collected at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Transit times are carrier estimates and do not include the 1–3 business day order-processing period. Actual delivery dates may be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, flight arrangements, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. Preorder and customized items may require additional time. Please refer to your tracking information for the most accurate delivery updates.
Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or contains missing or incorrect items, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.
